    I have been at Owasco Volkswagen since 2012 and have over 25 years of sales experience. I take pride in what I do, and joining Owasco Volkswagen was the best career move I ever did. Walking into this dealership feels like my second home, and I always ensure my loyal or new VW customers feel the same way. My goal is and always will be to ensure my customer’s transactions are as hassle-free as possible. I have a strong loyalty base, and I thank you for putting that trust in me over the years.

    Now a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Europe (Croatia) and VW is the only vehicle I ever drove. I’ve been married since 1999 to the best husband I could ask for, who is also my high school sweetheart and we have two wonderful sons and a beautiful playful puppy Buddy. Being so busy, I don’t get much free time for myself, but when I do, my passion is baking, gardening and taking care of my indoor plats.     Hi, my name is Andrew Reid. I’ve been with the Owasco Group for a little over five years now. I started out in sales and worked my way up, but I’ve been in this industry for the last 10 years. When I’m not at work, I spend time at home with my 9-month-old daughter and my wife. When I’m not doing that, I’m working on and driving my 1998 Golf convertible, which now has a VR6 swap.

    VW runs in my blood. I’ve always enjoyed the many VWs I’ve owned, which is why I will always love where I work. I strive to ensure everyone enjoys buying a VW from Owasco and becoming part of the VW family.

Whether it is a simple oil change, a short circuiting wire somewhere beneath your dash, or repairing that nagging rattle noise that has been driving you crazy; We love helping customers!     Hi, I’m the General Manager for Owasco Volkswagen. I am married with two amazing kids, we have a boy and a girl that we couldn’t be prouder of! We are a very active family, so when I’m not at Owasco Volkswagen we are usually playing some sort of sport or I’m fixing the stuff we broke from the weekend before! My many hobbies include water sports, snowmobiling, cars and playing hockey. You might not know this, but our Owasco Volkswagen team here isn’t just coworkers, we are actually on an Owasco Hockey team as well! I get asked all the time… What’s your favorite Volkswagen? The answer (even though it’s hard to pick) is the VW Corrado!

    As far as schooling goes, I went to Georgian College & also the NADA Academy. I have been a part of the Owasco Volkswagen Experience for over 20 years. I have worked in almost every single department here. I’ve worked in Detailing, the Body Shop & Service Shop, at the counter as a Service Advisor, the Sales Team and everything in between. It has given me a really fun and interesting perspective now as the general manager.

    My goal is that everyone who comes through Owasco Volkswagen (whether it be for sales, service or parts) leaves having had a positive experience. I want Owasco Volkswagen to be a place where all of our customers feel like family. As the General Manager, I love meeting and getting to know all of our customers here.
