VW Bowmanville Dropoff/Pickup Service Location

Drop off your vehicle for service at Owasco VW, using our Owasco RV location

Do you live in the Bowmanville area? Now at Owasco Volkswagen, we're making it even easier to get your Volkswagen serviced - without adding extra miles to your day. If you're located closer to our Owasco RV Centre (click here for our location) you can now drop off your vehicle there, and we'll handle the rest. 

Please Note: This service is by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Contact us today to book your appointment!

Step 1: Morning Drop Off (7:30 AM - 9:00 PM)

When you arrive, please park in the customer parking area located at the front of Owasco RV Centre. Enter the reception area, where a VW team member will welcome you. If you require a shuttle ride, They will gladly assist in arranging it.

Step 2 Evening or After-Hours Drop-Off:

For drop-offs after 9 AM, please park your vehicle in the service drop-off lot at the rear of the building. Leave your keys in the secure key drop box located under the canopy at the back of the building.

Step 3: Pick-Up Process

Once your vehicle service is complete, you will receive an electronic invoice via email or text. After you've paid the invoice, you'll be sent a code to access your keys from our secure key lockup, which is located under the canopy at the rear of the building. Your vehicle will be parked in the service drop-off lot.

Simply enter your code, retrieve your keys, and you're all set to go!
